When you write in

The faster we can reproduce the issue, the faster we can fix it. Where it makes sense, please include:
  • What you were trying to do — in one sentence
  • What you saw instead — a screenshot is ideal
  • Where in Reeva — agent name, integration name, or page URL
  • When it happened — approximate time, with your timezone
  • Who’s affected — just you, your team, or all your users

Response times

  • Standard support — we respond within one business day, Monday through Friday
  • Outage or production-blocking issue — please mark the email subject with URGENT and include the words “production blocking” in the body

Status and incidents

If multiple things look broken at once and you suspect a Reeva-side incident, email support and we’ll confirm. We’ll also reach out proactively to your account contacts if there’s a wider issue.

Product version

This documentation reflects Reeva v0.1. If you’re on a different version, some screens or capabilities may differ slightly. Email support@reeva.ai if you need version-specific guidance.
